Alsea Community Effort (ACE) owns and maintains the building that the Corvallis/Benton-County Public Library rents for the Alsea Public Library.  Kathy Koetz is our local library staff and she works with ACE to keep us apprised of library activities and maintenance issues as they come up.  In recent years, ACE fundraised to replace the roof and HVAC systems on the 20 year old building. We are planning for two additional projects: parking lot resurfacing and re-striping, and exterior painting for the building.
